Brothers Owen and Kelby Johnson bring a personal approach to buying, selling, and owning property in the Pacific Northwest. Owen began his real estate career in 2015, and Kelby followed in 2018.

In 2019, they purchased several river cabins with plans to renovate and sell them. When COVID changed those plans, they turned the cabins into short-term rentals. That decision grew into a portfolio of six owned properties and 13 additional properties under management—and counting.

Their experience goes beyond helping clients buy and sell. As owners and operators themselves, Owen and Kelby understand the work that comes with renovating, hosting, and managing rental properties.

Through Northwest Pads, they help buyers and sellers take their next step—whether that means a primary home, a cabin by the river, or a rental investment.
